HELP! Can you check my defence for me? (Steps after Claim Form?)

No, because the chances are the judge wont even know it was late, and I presume the C also hasnt sent you their WS yet, so they woul dbe in breach of the first order as well
Its only confusing if you let it be confusing. You have a series of instructions from the court. Unless you are told otherwise, you comply with the instructions from the court. You were not told otherwise, you made an assumption.1 -
A day shouldn't matter at all. Have you got it ready, WS, defence, exhibits and costs assessment?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I've just come off the call with the judge. I won!
Thank you, everyone, so much for all of your help.
I'll post the Judge's Order here when I get it (am I allowed to do that?)
But basically, I won on the point that a contract cannot be enforced when the terms that bind it are misleading or unclear. (ie the painted number bay markings were worn away)
Thank you once again for all of your help, time and attention.

They have wasted tour time, now consider wasting some of theirs, read this,

Thanks, @D_P_Dance, I'd love to.
But this process has been such a huge drain on me already, and I fear that starting a new one would drain more of it. Am I wrong?
Do you know what the sad thing is? - Even though I was in the right, and even though the PCN companies are a massive bunch of w*rs, if I was faced with the same situation over again, I honestly don't know what I would do.
The whole process was fascinating, but I don't know if the time lost going through is worth more than the pain of losing £60/100 to a bunch of w*rks.
