Contacting Virgin mobile

I cancelled my Virgin mobile account in August 2019 and the account was settled but still the account is still showing as active (up until 02/06/20) on my credit reference file. How do I get this changed as it's proving impossible for me to contact Virgin mobile direct?

Only Virgin can correct it. Maybe try FB or their Twitter feed?
