I upgraded a week ago and had confirmation email. New phone was scheduled to be delivered 28th May and .....nothing
I cant speak to anyone they tell me there is no upgrade on my account. My account shows I have recently upgraded and being charged!!!!!
Wen chat colleagues cant see my detail or help me with upgrade. What can I do?

I'm not an expert on this but this is what I'm thinking:
- How did you know your phone was scheduled to be delivered? Was a tracking number or a courier name given to you? Perhaps an answer might lie there.
- The coronavirus has left a lot of deliveries arriving late. Plus, the 28th was Thursday. You don't seem to be considering Saturday & Sunday as days couriers are less likely to deliver.
I know you'll be so eager to get your new phone, I would be too, but if it has been dispatched you may want to give Three or the courier company a couple more days. That, or give Three a phone rather than webchat.0
