Getting a phone fixed for the 2nd times
Hi all I hope you are staying safe.
I bought a second hand phone from game (silly mistake I know) 37 days after purchase the front facing camera would not work so they send it to be fixed this took 2 weeks but they had to replace the camera completely, On 24th March ( 3months after purchase) it completely stopped working and with Covid around I have not been able to get it fixed by game. When game reopens and they cant fix it in store possibly need to send it off again am I entitled to get a refund as its had to go back 2 times?

1 year warranty but thats just for them to fix it annoyingly0
