It’s 20 years ago! Do you not think it’s a bit weird the pair of you sitting there like Mr Burns giving the evil eye to a neighbour for using land that came legally with his house purchase?! Your dad was foolish not to keep the neighbour updated. She clearly assumed it was over as he hadn’t said anything, that’s on him, not the seller or the new owner. Maybe you should move so you don’t have to be so wound up over something so very petty that wasn’t actually your issue in the first place! Even if by some miracle you got his money back (you won’t) it doesn’t solve the parking problem or the venom you clearly feel over it.2
