Hi,
How much would be the estimated cost to replace an old warm air heating system with gas central heating system? Would it be best to go to the big players like British Gas or the local companies?
Ground floor - lounge and kitchen
First floor- 3 bedroom and bathroom
Location - London
Thanks very much in anticipation.

Get 3 local companies to quote for a gas warm air unit and a boiler and rads. Just changing the warm air will be less hassle.
In the warm air unit what heats the hot water ?
It' s been a long time since I had warm air - originally oil but switched to gas.
Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -
Hi Robin9,
Thanks for the reply. Warm air is only for the heating. I have a seperate boiler for hot water.
Both the systems are very old, thinking of getting rid of both and replacing with a new boiler than can do the heating and hot water both.
Thanks
