cant believe the way villa + are dealing with their customers.i booked a family holiday for August in Corfu.first  they took over 50% deposit.could not get any reply's to emails or phones. when we did have contact they said pay up the remainder or lose the £3535 deposit they refused to transfer the holiday to Aug 2021. i even had a letter from my doctor  advising me not to fly as i am type 1 diabetic. not to mention the fco travel guide lines.and they still want your money,no regard to customers health&safety.

If youve got a letter from your doctor just claim on your travel insurance.

And the FCO arent advising against travel in August so thats irrelevant

Would agree, at this stage if you feel that you no longer can travel due to medical reasons then this would be a travel insurance matter.

Vill Plus are not scamming anybody in the situation you describe.  FCO advice could, and probably will, change in the near future.  Major tour operators are only refunding up to the end of June at present.

They are not scamming you. Contact your travel insurance and claim on that if you can't travel due to medical reasons.
