Villa Plus

Our villa only holiday booked with Villa Plus should have began Sat 23 May.
I have been patient, following their advice on the website and being understanding of how busy they would be. My patience has now gone. Their website advise changes daily, they've said I would  receive communication 3 weeks prior to departure, then 10 days, then 3 days prior, then 3 days after departure, now they say they can't communicate as too busy, they will be in touch!!!!!  I have tried to call them so many times ive lost count, after 20mins the phone goes dead, I've emailed and get no response. We would have been into our second week of holiday now and still nothing. Our holiday was in greece which is closed and no flights going there so there should be no complications. I
I have not read.one positive review with a good outcome and getting increasingly worried now.  Help please. What to do next and what are my rights. Thanks

    I will read any replies with interest as we're supposed to be going to Portugal on 25 June with Villa Plus. Our Ryanair flight has already been cancelled. A few other people have posted about Villa Plus with the same scenario as you so I'm not hopeful. We've used them before and I thought they were a reputable company but that's looking increasingly untrue.

    A lot more posts with regard to Villa Plus have been added to this forum over the last 24hours. All experiencing the same problems.

    Did you have transfers or any other extras included on top of the villa? I can't see why they at least shouldn't be refunded because VP can't have incurred any costs for them?

    No, this was villa only. No additional extras.

    Have you thought about instigating a chargeback on the card you used as you haven't received the service/goods that you paid for? Greece was still locked down, accommodation not open/available, not because you couldn't travel.
  • I am in a similar situation, should have been in Spain 31st May for 3 weeks villa only. Nothing from Villaplus, have contacted my card provider today, very helpful, have started a claim to get full refund, as Villaplus have not provided the service that I have paid for. May take up to 45 days to process, but at least seem to be getting somewhere with this awful situation.
