Lloyds switching offers

Anyone recall a few months ago if you switched to lloyds you got a switching bonus and a choice of a freebie ie 6 cinema tickets, i am just wondering where we stand with regard to these tickets and not been able to use them because of covid-19 they have an expiry date of nov 11th 2020 maybe i/we will get to use them before that date but what if we do not, think we can ask for 6 new tickets with a new date on them?

The cinema tickets aren't (and weren't) anything to do a switching offer.- they're part of the Club Lloyds account benefits.
