Lloyds bank club card account Cinema tickets benefit

I advised Lloyds because of the closure of cinemas we were unable to to take advantage of the 6 cinema tickets which expired last week. They were very good. and gave me £50.00 in compensation. However the company who administer the scheme have today sent me 6 codes to use in the next year to cover the original ones. However I have contacted them to cancel them now because of the cash payment. If anyone else has a problem regarding their unused tickets it may be worth speaking to Lloyds.
