Experienced problems receiving cash back for 6 months and still outstanding. No help or support from Topcashback. Wish I had seen MSE advice, cash back is NOT guaranteed.
Please avoid Topcashback and save yourself the hassle.

What is your Consumer Rights question ??

I've had no problem with TCB, made some money, paid for a holiday or two. Nice.
Thank you all who post.3 -
So because you did not get yours we should all stop using them.
More than happy with my £4K+ from Quidco.Life in the slow lane4 -
use both TCB and quidco, no problems here if you follow the rules...2

A lot of the time when they do not pay it is whoever you are buying from refusing to pay.

Had a few things declined, but vast majority paid. As long as you were going to purchase the item/service anyway, you are literally being paid to do so. How on earth is that useless?3

And it is outstanding, nothing unusual there.

"6.1 The first thing to remember is that all the transactions you make are directly with the retailer, not us. When you make a purchase via the Site with a retailer, it is tracked using cookies and various other technologies which allow the retailer to identify that a purchase has been made, who made it and where it came from. Once the retailer or tracking network has identified the purchase and acknowledged it, it will show up in your account as ‘pending’. When the retailer validates the purchase it may show in your account as ‘confirmed’. Once we have received the commission from the retailer, it will then show up in your account as ‘payable’ (“Payable Cashback”). You are then free to withdraw your money in accordance with any payout terms and conditions applicable at the time of payout."
.....
Perfectly happy with the £1376 received from TCB and the £2335 from Quidco to date.
Your post is not a consumer rights issue. Perhaps if your cashback does get eventually declined / paid by the Retailer, then posting in the Praise, Vent and Warnings board would be better?

Some of them do take a long time to come but it also says it is not guaranteed. So only use it once you have decided you are going to buy something not because of it and if you get it great if not no big deal. Also did you use a discount code? as if you did a lot of sites will turn it down.0

It says literally ALL over the site that it's not guaranteed, and it's in the T&Cs so many times too.
So even though I've got over £5000 cashback, I should now stop because some random person on a forum tells me to?
Okay then, sure mate.6 -
I packed up with all the cashback business because it was not guaranteed.
Total waste of time.
