Ebookers flight+hotel refund process?

Hi everyone, does anyone have any experience of how Ebookers are handling refunds for flight+hotel packages?
I have a 1-5 July trip to NYC booked, which I'm expecting to be cancelled - flights with Virgin Atlantic who have announced no more flights until August.
The booking doesn't separate out the flight cost and hotel cost.

You have bought a package holiday and legally you should have a cash refund within 14 days of it being cancelled.
They will try and force vouchers on you, you can reject them if you wish.

Thanks @Life__Goes__On ... It sounds daft saying it now, but I wasn't sure if it was a package holiday and covered as such.
I will keep an eye out for my trip being cancelled and then commence battle!
I had a TUI holiday and since they enabled refunds via their website, that was much easier.
Edit - have just checked and found my Atol certificate which covers flight + hotel.0 -
