Sainsbury’s Delivery Pass

Ive just had the runaround from Sainsbury’s regarding my delivery pass renewal.  On their website it states that they will be automatically renewed. I’ve contacted their technical support. The first person I spoke to said my bank had refused payment.  I rang the bank not the case.  The second person I spoke to said that if I hadn’t clicked the renew automatically button they wouldn’t renew it.  Apparently they have been told they can’t renew by management. I’ve asked for managers contact but they aren’t allowed to give it to me!! The website states

Your Delivery Pass membership will be automatically renewed on a rolling basis, for example if you have chosen a 3 month pass it will auto-renew after 3 months; a 12 month pass will auto-renew after 12 months. We will send you a renewal reminder email 28 days before your renewal payment is taken. 

Ive received no reminder and my pass hasn’t been renewed. They will now not allow me to renew it as I’m seen as a new customer and they are not accepting new customers. I’ve had after a pass for years!!  Very angry and frustrated as I’m not getting anywhere.
