Lysa, when I am on a low carb diet, my IBS reduces. Obviously IBS can be caused by different things so check with GP before changing what you eat, or at least try a gradual approach to it, so that you can change easily should you begin to suffer.
I quite appreciate that low carb is not for everyone but it suits me.
I have a busy day today - some of it is stuff that I should have done yesterday.........serves me right for being a lazy cow yesterday

I have reduced my caffeine intake
 REDUCED???!!! The thought alone gives me the jitters!!!
Just wanted to say a quick hello :hello: & thank-you for the kick up the backside the otherweek...
Virtual or not, it must have worked, because as a result, not only am I three days behind in finding out what's been going on in Hypnoland... suddenly, clients are swamping me with work... and as a bonus, a client has come out of the woodwork with a 7 week contract starting Monday!!!
Never knew being self-employed would have this many ups & downs...
Has anyone told you lately how much you inspire us all with your constant optimism & hard work???:smileyhea

Yup, reduced caffeine - just can't seem to give up those first couple of mugs of rocket fuel in the morning!!
I am glad that things are going well for you - and YES! self employment is full of ups and downs - and that either acts as a motivator or as a depressing de-motivator. So, BE POSITIVE and you will be busy!
Right, talking of getting things done.......I must shower, get dressed and get on with my chores.
But first a cup of coffee is required...........Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0
