Hiya! I'm good, thanks :beer: - had a little visit from my sister last night, who also lives in Sussex but far, far away, only a whistlestop but a good one. I've had my nose glued to the window several times this morning (ooh, can't type properly, got an afterimage of the sun in the way) the sunrise has been absolutely SPECTACULAR! :j lovely way to start the day. Minor annoyances (wrong pricing of a CD on Amazon, crown falling off and root disappearing, that sort of thing :mad: ) disappear in the light of that sunrise.

Do you ever have a "not busy" day - you put me to shame! Read about the TV cameras coming to your house, how exciting! I will definately be watching. Are the kids excited?

You have reminded me, I haven't done my Christmas Cards either - we have already had to write DS's for him (as well as a sorry card for fighting with his best friend at nursery :rolleyes: ) and that took long enough.

I am sure you will get your butt in gear and sort your admin out, but enjoy the coffee breaks too

p.s. well done on competition win - just loved that word dongle - reminds me of something very rude :rotfl:

Yes, the children are very excited about the tv thing. I am just terrified though - I have a serious amount of housework to do!! Also, I need to lose about 2 stone in a week........they say the camera puts on 10lbs, so I am absolutely scuppered!

And yes, I do have non busy days - they are called exhaustion

Santa's little helper checking in before going to the grotto for the day !
I had loads of fun yesterday so if they want to pay me for getting into the Christmas spirit and taking decent photos of the kids it's fine with me (although I do have to do the more mundane stuff like cashing up and using the till a couple of days a week too).
Dunno when the housework blitz will be done now but lots of spare cash as I've more or less finished my Christmas shopping anyway.

It really is fun. I get to hang out with santa who is lovely man-a great grandfather who loves his work and is quite happy that I'm picky about the photos and if it isn't a good one I'll take it again (I get the kids to shout "Christmas"-you can't shout Christmas and not smile when you are under 12 )
