Oh Hypno you are so right!

So easy to organize others, but so hard to organize ourselves!:rotfl:

The 30-odd people at work that are kept organized through my efforts are free with the compliments...

...if only they knew the truth about my personal organization!

When she's done trading places with you, would your 'tidy house' lady like a go at mine?

Hope DS isn't too achy today & has recovered from his tumble.

Have a wonderful afternoon & evening!

sounds like some of the people I've worked with at univesities Hypno  at least you're getting them sorted!

I got myself into gear at last and listed some things on the small ads service where I work and got rid of 12 bottles of the showergel Tescos paid me to take away earlier this year for £4 all to the same person! It's taking OH and me ages to get through our stashes and our bathroom looks like we've got an obsession with shower, bath and hair products atm so that's helped clear it out and £4 more into my Olympic Challenge fund which hasn't done so well this time. Hopefully getting rid of some more things tomorrow too so think i'll make it to £500 now which is better than nothing!

Yes, it is a bit "do as I say, not do as I do". Goodness only knows what that says about me as a person, as all my clients say I give such good advice, and I make such a difference to their lives - pity I can't do the same to myself! If only :o

but everyones the same though hon, it's so easy to see what is going on and where the advice is needed when you are looking from outside the box, but when it relates directly to us we are two close to the picture to see the fluffy little ducks swimming peacefully in the pond at the edge.... if you see what i mean.... so it is only right that you would give your clients (and me on many an occasion:T ) such sound advice but not necessarily be able to do the same for yourself. ;)

anyway i have an idea and i'll do you a trade, help me get organised with a spreadsheet for my finances and i'll trade you for an equal amount of time in housework. :D

Fluffy ducks  I'm lost :rotfl:

Back from karate, and have rustled up some pasta for dinner, so can now finally sit down and catch up. I want to watch dispatches on Channel 4 at 9, because it is about the dreaded credit crunch, but also want to watch Dragons Den at the same time, so will have to watch one and then watch the other on Ch4 +1 meaning I will be later to bed than I want! If I record one, I just won't get round to watching it - always something else to do! Why is life never simple

Tomorrow my only client has cancelled, so I have to have a blitz on the housework. Pania, you can come and inspect any time :rotfl:

Ordered a pigsback voucher today - one to go in the "free Christmas 2008" challenge pile :T That means that at least one person will get a present next year :D
