I hope you have a busy few days Taxi! I would prefer the rain to stay away, personally, but if it is good for business then bring it on!!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Things are not too bad, thanks, Stressed.mum......plodding along waiting to go away skiing, and then to get stuck into the new job.
Until then, I am trying to pull the extra money together - so nothing changes there!
My only "new" news of the day is that I may well be giving up the bar job at the weekends......I am getting to the point where it is more stress and tiredness than I need in return for not a lot of extra money. I know that the extra money is useful, but I can probably make good use DFW wise of the extra time in some other way.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Hi Hypno
it sounds like a good idea to give up the bar job if it's exhausting you. You are brilliant at finding other ways to make money - and once you start the new job, it won't be so necessary to work every minute. Go with your gut feeling on that one.Total debt: 1 January 2007 £[strike]49,387.79[/strike] 1 January 2012 £[STRIKE]19,312.85[/STRIKE] 1 August 2012 £11,517.620 -
I agree - your health is far more important than being debt-free. I had to take a 4 month break from everything last year due to stress.
Take good care of yourself, the money will come to clear everything, if not this year then the next or the next.

hypno i think (not that it matter what i think) that you have made the right decision it is a thin line between good health and bad and no money is worth losing your health for ....the only thing i would ask is (as if your gonna listen lol) please take the time for yourself meditate, draw, bake, read.spend quality time with hubby/kids/friends...sit and stare at the wall whatever you want just please take some time for you ...your such a giving person ...give yourself permission to have fun ...
