I agree, you have been so busy recently, and I was worried that it wouldn't be sustainable in the long term (although if anyone can cope with it, you can :)). This sounds like a good way of getting a bit of balance back.

El put it much better than I did, so.....what she said! :p

I don't want to have too much extra time though...........I might have no excuses about not doing my housework

  • Hey you still deserve a cleaner remember you said you may consider it, don't forget to put that on your list of importance. You will be earning an excellent wage but I guess you will be putting the hard work in to earn that amount so when considering that work/life balance keep the cleaner in mind, you will deserve it :D

I have managed to find sufficient excuses to fill an entire year of not working. ;)

You have all put my mind at rest about the housework.....I don't want to be having nightmares about the evil ironing pile!

A cleaner is still on the cards once I am.....
    1. earning a decent salary again
    2. able to summons up the energy to tidy up before I advertise, otherwise they will take a look at the house and charge me triple rates.......

well my hubby was moaning (yet again) about the state of the house the other day i asked him which room really peed him off the most he said kitchen so i said which bit in the kitchen he said the cupboards...so i came up with ingeneous idea that we clean one cupboard each per day, we have 22... he looked at me like ...what you expect me to ...and i said sweetly hunny i work a 60 hour week sometimes minimum of 30 hour week every week so i think it is only fair that you help and honestly i need you to keep me motivated ....

cupboards cleaned so far 5 cupboards done by mrs el cough cough 1 cough cough...cupboards done by mr el 4 ...but hey it's the thought that counts ...

i found food that was out of date in 2004:o housework is not my forte
