The guy I spoke to this afternoon rang me back - he read out the lovely letter they are writing to me, confirming that I am NOT on a DMP, and have always made payments up to date etc.
He also said, that to be on the safe side, in case it gets "lost in the post" he is sending out 2 separate copies to me, so that at least one should arrive!!
so, hopefully I won't have any problems.
