Back to the land of reality. No assistant manager at work, so the 4 hours go out of the window. But my mantra will be "No lifting", no repetative work for too long and set my alarm to remind me to stop after 30 minutes of any one thing!.Sounds like a lovely time Mooloo.

Hypno well done with the extra bar hours. Perhaps I should look for a bit of bar work once my arm is done. As a fully paid up licensee I could probably help out somewhere for a few quid/ when I find the time. I dont know if I could actually fit it in, I dont know how you manage to do it.
