    Wow, well done!!!

I've got one of those (but unfortunately have to pay a tenner a month for it - boo!) and it really is better than sliced bread! It's just as fast as my home internet, and the coverage for all the places I go is really good - bizarrely it's more of the out-in-the-sticks places that you get it, rather than the big cities! It's worth checking which tarrif they've given you free and for how long - I signed up to 24 months so I could get the USB thingy free as an existing 3 customer, but they had different price plans with different inclusive, erm, whatever the equivelant of inclusive minutes is in internet terms, which was the difference between the £10, £15 or £20 a month plans.

What a great start to the day! All I've done is lug my fat belly out of bed and down the stairs. Off to investigate Piggy Points (for about the 4th time - hopefully more successfully today). Actually, forget that, you said not on Sundays. D'oh!
  • But if you haven't collected the piggy pioints during the week they are still there on a Sunday - I just did OH's for him.

    Mornin'
I never "got" Piggy points either..... but I'm up to giving it another go too.
Well done on the radio comp-I've won some nice things that way are you keeping it or selling it ?
GCSE mocks start tomorrow so off to church shortly as we need all the help we can get !! (if DS hurries up out the bath).
PC drive is going through one of it's "the drive is going to die" phases. Hopefully I can keep it going a while longer though. If I can find a really cheap one just for surfing and mail after Christmas I think I'll have to grab it-preferably a laptop as it'll encourage me to do more competitions.
Picked up some nice bargains yesterday. £2.99 inc delivery Stones tour t-shirt for ex-OH from play.com (he's dropping Josh back Christmas day so we always exchange token presents) and three Monopoly sets from tesco direct (the new Here and Now edition) for £24 with delivery as it was buy 2 get 1 free and also 25% off toys and games -both found on MSE-and Quidco on both and Tesco points too.
    Happy Sunday all xx

I *know* that the MSE thing to do is to put the usb thingy on ebay and take the extra money it raises. But........I really fancy holding on to it. When the kids are traipsing around the country ski racing, I am bored silly hanging around waiting for them. So with this new fabby thing I have won, I can take my laptop and surf away to my hearts content without it costing me a penny!

So, although it goes against MSE guidelines(!!) I will prob hold on to it - at least I haven't had to pay for it. And I *am* paying the cash element of the prize straight off the debt.

Goodness, can you tell I am trying to justify it more to myself than anything else!!

  • Totally justified if you ask me. Plus you can be doing surveys / daily clicks while the kids are ski-ing so it's a money-maker really!

Oh yes, hadn't thought about that!! Of course I can justify it :D

Right, just been asked if I can do a couple of hours work as someone hasn't turned up........no rest for the wicked, but I might as well work while I am here!

well done hypno, as always good going!

I don't know how you manage to do so much in 24hrs, I really should get myself organized and sort myself out with extra money making. Although saying that I won £50 on Mecca games last night and £30 cashback through Rpoints so I'm not complaining!

    Have a good day

Just had another look at Pigsback and that thread (thanks ISOM!) and I think the problem was that I didn't have any categories selected! This time there were quite a few, and I made ....

    50p!!!!

Also spent a while signing up for a load of crap to get free points, so just hoping it all tracks or whatever it is that it's supposed to do!

Thanks guys - success at last!
