OH did battle with Orange re broadband, and finally managed to achieve the near impossible and speak to a UK person in a UK call centre!! Once he had managed to do this, he got the result we were after, which was a straight answer to a straight question, and a reduction in our tariff of £8 a month. Bit of a hassle, but worth it to save almost £100 a year. :TSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes.
