My score is very good but one of my accounts does not appear on the record at all also I am being scored down for not having disposable income" - No you are not, credit scores are used as marketing tools in the UK, and nothing more.The snapshot you see on your file is taken at a random time, and has no meaning whatsoever, except that the account is open.There are three major credit reporting companies in the UK, lenders can choose to report to one, two, or all three, or indeed none of them.
