Bank account missing and savings not counted

I am fairly new to the credit score world. My score is very good but one of my accounts does not appear on the record at all also I am being scored down for not having disposable income, but I pay a good chunk into savings each month leaving only a little in the account. Any advice on this please.

Savings are never shown.
Not all accounts are reported to all files, so you need to check all three. And some accounts may not be reported at all.
Disregard any of the scores they show you as it's not a reflection of your credit risk, but check the accuracy of the data. If you have a thin file, then that something you can address.3 -

Ask the provider to report to the CRA you're looking at.
Or check the address the provider has is accurate1 -

What accounts do you have showing and on which CRAs?

No credit agreements at all? And is that the same on all your files?
It would be a good idea to start building some credit history.0 -

The agencies just report the information they are given.

In regards to disposable income, the CRAs and lenders put in "assumed values" for certain spending. For example they'll automatically assign a value for hairdressing even if like me your wife is a hairdresser who does it for you for free. It'll also have values assigned for stuff you don't even have anything to do with. So you have to realise that your affordability rating is never based on your actual spending.

Credit files only show how you handle money that is lent to you. You could be a multi billionaire in assets but a lender would never know or care.0
