I need to return a large awning to a buyer at my cost. It was delivered on a lorry and will need to go back the same way

That's going to be a difficult one, what is the packed weight and dimensions of box? As Soolin says you'll need more information. Under 30kg you should get most couriers to do it. Parcelforce offer a large parcel service that gets a bit more weight and size. After that there are pallet deliveries and man & van type deliveries.

Looks like cheapest is £125 so I'm going to return it myself but the company are not accepting callers due to Covid but after a bit of arguing on the phone she agreed to let me take it back after Covid and she sent me an email to evidence that agreement.
