CCJ no longer on file but it’s not been 6 years

Afternoon! 

I previously had a CCJ which was issued on 1st July 2014, this was then satisfied in 2019. 

However now when I check my credit score on Experian the CCJ doesn’t show up. It’s been almost 6 years so is this the reason? 

I only ask as I’m looking to buy a house soon and when I last spoke with a mortgage advisor in February she informed us that because of the CCJ it’d be unlikely we’d get approved for a mortgage so suggested waiting until after July if we wanted to try again.

According to Equifax there’s none on my file and my score is fair at present.

Your score isnt seen by anyone other than yourself, all that matters is the history is correct so is it ?

Yeah the information is correct. 

Was just curious as to why the CCJ isn’t showing anymore, is it because it’s almost been 6 years?

As to why irs not showing I dont know.
Is it not showing on the other credit reference agencies ?

Did you live in Scotland when it was awarded? not sure if it makes any difference.
