ParkingEye Parking Charge Notice

Options
Hi All,
Really appreciate anyone who can assist with this.
I've been sent multiple parking charge notices all from a few months ago.
Am i right in being able to appeal these charges as i recieved no PCN on my windscreen and the 14 days has passed?
Thanks again for your help!

NEWBIES - HOW TO UPLOAD LINKS TO PHOTOS/SCANS TO MSE

To upload a photo/scan link, you first need to host it on a free photo hosting site (like Dropbox, Imurg or Tinypic), copy the URL, paste it here, but change the http to hxxp and we'll do the conversion. Newbies can't directly upload links to photos/scans until they've a few posts under their belt.

If these invoices are from ParkingEye, it's 99% certain they will have emanated via ANPR capture. PE hardly ever do windscreen tickets. You shouldn't be ignoring anything coming from PE, especially multiple ones. How many do you have?

Please give us some dates (for each charge):

    1. Date of parking event.
    2. Date of Issue shown on the first letter received per each charge.
    3.   Is there reference on each to the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (Schedule 4) (usually found on the reverse side of the letters).

Is each charge for the same car park?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Thanks also for your reply - yes they are ANPR captures. They are for 2 different dates, not to say exact dates but they happened this year and date issued is over 2 months from incident. There is no reference to the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (Schedule 4).

Because the date issued is only a few days ago, and they are reducing the payment if made in next 14 days.

OK, as long asyou are sure these are the FIRST NtKs, then dead simple golden ticket appeal. telling them NOT to waste your time in going to POPLA as they KNOW they cant hold you liable as you are the keeper and they dont even pretend they can hold you liable, and if they DO waste your time at POPLA, WHEN you win you reseerve your rights to charge them your reasonable costs at £19 per hour. THeyll give you a POPLA code anyway.

These are what we call 'golden tickets' as explained in post #3 of the NEWBIES thread.

Easy wins at POPLA as long as you don't say who the driver was, and appeal every one as keeper.
