Amazon

I have a possible fraud on my Amazon account which they are looking into. The only way you can communicate with Amazon is online. Their customer service is appalling, I have requested to speak to management about this or request their complaint procedure but they just cut you off. Does anyone know how you can raise a complaint, I’ve looked everywhere?

If they are already investigating the alleged fraud there is little you can do until the result is known. The online contact only is due to the call centres being impacted by the Pandemic. Covid19 will probably delay the result of the fraud investigation too. What do you mean by a "possible" fraud? If you account has been compromised in some way then you need to take urgent action yourself by changing passwords etc. This old pre-Pandemic thread may be a useful read for you;0
