New Windows feature update Version 2004 released

Just noticed another improvement this morning. I always found the "Controlled Access Folder" an excellent feature, but also very annoying when it wouldn't allow you to save a particular file or print a certain document. You then had to go hunting for the.exe file and add it to the exclusion list. Well now, it allows you to identify straightaway which .exe file it blocked. Just a small tweak but has improved the feature significantly in my view, so well done Microsoft and happy to have upgraded just to get this feature.

You can always upgrade to an older build of Windows 10:

No serious issues upgrading the desktop or laptop to ver 2004. The desktop needed an updated graphics driver (AMD Radeon) and also an updated driver for a USB to multi RS232 box (D-Lock). These minor problems were also present when updating from ver 1903 to 1909...

Make sure you have details of your hardware, especially where to download the latest drivers, don’t rely on Microsoft to have them... and make a full backup before upgrading.
