A couple of us BG's were furiously deleting them as quick as we could early this morning and as soon as the forum team came online, we made them aware and it was dealt with. Thanks everyone xI’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. Newbies aren't allowed to post links on the forum. Would it be possible to have a similar system where newbies were limited to creating one new thread a day for the first couple of weeks? This would put a stop to what happened today where someone created a new username and then flooded the forum with spam threads.1 -
Is this the reason why I can't access a certain thread perhaps?

Foreign language posts should be automatically hidden or deleted as spam given this is a U.K. forum0

@MSE_Stephen How is it that some people can sign up and post clickable links immediately. See https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6149692/new-instagram-competition-by-daily-express#latest
Surely this will just help the spammers.
Some newbies seem unable to post clickable links after 43 posts. See https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6149240/e-04-06-win-2-cases-of-premium-cocktails-ig#latest1 -

This would put a stop to what happened today where someone created a new username and then flooded the forum with spam threads. If newbies could only do one post a day, that wouldn't stop copious usernames being created and then still mass spamming.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know.
