Delayed payment on entry

From 2020.

Today I received a letter from bwlegal on behalf of premier parking solutions ltd. That unless I pay the £160 it will escalate to a county court claim.
Do I have a chance of defending myself and winning?

I read the Newbie’s thread and followed the instructions- emailing both the premier parking solutions and bw legal - for SAR request etc.
Finally someone has properly read my comments, and as a gesture of goodwill they are happy to cancel this PCN.
They want to know if I am happy with this and if I still want a SAR access request?
Relieved I have to say! So thank you all for your help and support to see this through

Well done and thanks for letting us know. Personally, I would say, yes, cancel the PCN and I will cancel the SAR. If necessary, you can always submit it again at a later date.

Gesture of goodwill translates as, "We don't stand a chance of winning this so we will cut our losses and cancel now before it costs us more money."

One more job for you please. This is important and you ONLY chance to stop this happening to others. We sincerely hope that you are au fait with the need to respond to the final Government Public Consultation?

Hopefully - amongst all the political disruption - it will be open soon but I can see it being published before Xmas, hence why we need everyone to bookmark a certain thread to get email alerts, and come back here to take part.

We all need to ram the nail in the coffin of the false £70 'DRA fee' add-on, that actually funds the court claim and toxic CCJ culture, as well as the DRA gaslighting of people. Just checking you are among those ready to respond to the questions as you have personal experience of how this crap feels?
