Thanks for your opinions I have contacted the FCA to discuss with them and my Official receiver who i cant get hold of because covid and furlough
The FCA do not set the rules on bankruptcy. The Government do.

. I cant see how the ppi is a asset to the debts in the bankruptcy that are not associated to the bankruptcy .Already answered.
Bankruptcy is a line in the sand. If the PPI redress is from premiums paid before bankruptcy then any gain from those falls before that line.
example the PPI was invovled in some way with the debts but these are not so why does it need to be connected.Bankruptcy is about everything you own and owe. its not debt specific.

I'm worried. I'm getting letters and invoices from Fast Track claiming I own them money for a PPI offer from Barclaycard. Last year just before the deadlline I completed a ppi check through the link to check if I was eligible from Money Saving Exper website at the time I understood that this was not cost because it was from your website. Would it have been through Fast Track? Any hoo I pursued the claim direct with barclays and was paid out direct from Barclays. Yet Fast track are now saying I have to pay almost £3000 to claim a different (slightly higher) amount before they'll release the funds from Barclays... but I've already been paid out and as far as I know it was direct from Barclays. I never entered into any claim with Fast Track. Please help?

Please do not post your question on threads unrelated to your problem. That is known as thread hijacking and is considered rude. The reason being that your questions have nothing to do with the subject on this thread and if people start answering your questions, the original poster can get left out. Or it can create conversations about different subjects and that gets confusing. I see you have also posted your own thread. So, please keep responses to that one.
