Redundancy, Furlough and holiday pay

I've been made redundant during furlough, my notice period is 8 weeks which I'm not actually working as on furlough. I've accrued 13.5 days annual leave none of which I have taken or booked, can my employer make me takes these during my notice period and on furlough? It seems like if they can I'm losing out on my annual leave?

Yes they can, are they currently paying you 80%? If so they need to pay you your normal wage for the days holiday.1

They were paying me 80% on furlough but as this is my 8 weeks notice period said they have to pay me my full wage but I would still lose my annual leave that I accrued, which to me doesnt seem right as if i took it in Jan/Feb they would still be paying me my 8 weeks notice period.0

They are making you take your holiday whilst on notice so they don't have to pay you any extra. It is within the rules.0
