It DOESN'T read that way. You haven't even told us what the actual order says the Judge proposes!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

This is my 1st time fighting one of these cases and I admit I find it difficult understanding the procedures but have done my best to follow everyone's kind advice. I submitted my defence in June and now received 'General Form Of Judgement or Order' requesting hearing by paper. So all I am looking for is do I just reply that I do not agree to paper and wish my case to be heard at a later date in person or is there a template to use. Sorry for any confusion!Coupon-mad said:It DOESN'T read that way. You haven't even told us what the actual order says the Judge proposes!0 -
Just show us the order. Far simpler.1

Exactly what I expected. That is not saying you have to FILL IN AN APPLICATION to say you don't want a hearing on the papers.
Read point #2 again! You didn't even need to read (a) and (b) lower down as you are not applying to disagree with the Order. You are happy with it but...
Email the court and use my wording from JUNE in the TELEPHONE HEARINGS THREAD.
I am really not sure how much simpler I can make it than feed you the words to say and tell you the order didn't require a fee or application from you (and it doesn't, does it...). Read #2 again and even though you don't have to respond, do so and use my words and say a Winter hearing is fine but you are not available between xx date and xx date (Christmas? Holiday?).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Re-read that post that @Coupon-mad directed you towards back in August. Her post is the one immediately preceding your latest post.redolly said:I have received papers for Telephone hearing end of this month after I requested to the court for a face to face hearing can you direct me to any information to support me with my hearing by phone please?

You won't get a face to face hearing this year due to the pandemic.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
