Am lost about Lost on Apple TV

I have an Apple TV+ free trial. When I go on Apple TV app, it seems to say that Lost will cost £6.99.  Can anyone clarify that it is or isn't included in the subscription?

I was under the impression that Apple TV+ currently only has original content, although they have recently struck some deals to bring extra content on to the platform from third parties to be more competitive.

Lost is currently available to Stream on Amazon Prime Video, should that be useful to you.

You can use justwatch.com/uk to find out what's available on what streaming platform, and whether it's included in a subscription or costs extra.

You only get a limited amount of content included in an Apple+ subscription, Lost isn't included.

Apple TV is an app that aggregates content from many different providers and shows them in one place. On that screen you can see content from Amazon, BBC, ITV, iTunes, AppleTV+ and others. So if you start watching a show on iPlayer on the Apple TV box it will show in the watch next section of the TV App. If you search within the TV app it will show all places you can find that show, so if it is available for purchase on iTunes or streaming on Amazon it may show those options.
Apple TV+ is a subscription service that shows Apple TV+ original content only. So if you have a free trial you can watch the shows available on that channel (The Morning Show, Mythic Quest, See, etc). Its a bit confusing as this channel doesn't have its own app and the Apple TV+ content can only be found within the TV App.

Is this a MASSIVE con? Apart from watching Greyhound, I cannot find ANYTHING free! Everything is either via divert to BBC iPlayer (you need a TV licence, which I don't have, cos I don't watch live TV), Prime, Netflix or elsewhere. Otherwise you must pay extra for it. What am I missing? I like Netflix and Amazon Prime. Free content is all of Netflix and a lot of Prime. Yet, apart from Greyhound, is it non-existent on Apple TV+? If not, why is free stuff so hard to find? I'm sure I'm missing something obvious here, as there's so little about paying extra being mentioned. Help!

There are lots of different channels that can be accessed through Apple TV, you just need to scroll down and select Apple TV+ as this is the only channel included in the subscription.

The choice of content is small in comparison to Netflix or Amazon but there are things to watch apart from Greyhound. Some of the programs I have been watching are: Defending Jacob, the Morning Show, Central Park, Little Voice, See and and For All Mankind.

Apple TV is an app that aggregates content from many different providers and shows them in one place. On that screen you can see content from Amazon, BBC, ITV, iTunes, AppleTV+ and others.

Scroll down and there is a section call Apple TV+ originals. That is what is included in an Apple TV+ subscription. I counted about 30 shows, series and films. There are documentaries, sitcoms, dramas and kids shows. The Morning Show is excellent. We also enjoyed For All Mankind and Defending Jacbob, plus Mythic Quest is funny.
