I ordered 1 phone and received 1 phone but been charged for 2 on my Currys finance plan. Have been ringing Currys every single day but get disconnected after waiting for over an hour each time! Also sent messages through Facebook but not received a response as yet. The finance team day they can’t do nothing till Currys don’t act upon it. What to do?0

Tweet on twitter, tag currys, that's what worked for me. Also, take a image of the waiting and when you called currys and add that to the tweet and on facebook, they got back to me the same day.0

I am still waiting for an office chair I ordered on the 3rd May promised for delivery on the 8th May. I have tried 3 times to get through and wait for ages then get cut off. I have tried FB but to no avail. 1 no reply email last week saying my order is being processed! All i want is a delivery date! or my money back. so no chair and out of pocket. Really fed up particularly as no response from Currys! Why are they still advertising their on line delivery and order service if they cant Deliver!0

Hardly news that people are struggling to contact companies. Given the number of people that are either furloughed, at home due to childecare issues or vunerable.......

I have tried countless times to contact them ordered a tablet with was in stock and with one business day delivery. Over a week ago not heard anything they shouldn't be aloud to get away with this terrible customer service 😡
Someone should hold them accountable for the way they do business this should be on your program Martin people are being left with no money and no product.

Contacted CurrysPCW via web chat to arrange return of a recently-purchased (days) but faulty fridge-freezer. Agent refused to arrange return and refund in, flagrant contradiction of my statutory rights, and instead repeatedly and pointlessly advised me to contact manufacturer of fridge freezer to confirm the fault. With over hour plus wait to speak to anyone on the phone, we have tried to progress the issue via Twitter where the initial response has been to refer us back to the web chat process. I am continuing to pursue the issue but I suspect that I may have to go down some very formal route to get satisfaction. Overall, I have gained the very strong impression that CurrysPCW are deliberately seeking to obfuscate and delay rather than actively fulfil their responsibilities to customers. In my view, they are not just “struggling” but failing.0

Since it's under manufacturer's warranty, it might well be quicker to contact them for a repair or replacement: Currys' will simply pass it on to them.No free lunch, and no free laptop0

Like many others, I've been into a local Currys to purchase a replacement white goods. After looking at a number of items, I asked the sales adviser when I could get it delivered. After checking, the adviser came back in tears of frustration as the item(s) I wanted were out of stock and she couldn't tell me if they are getting more or when. COVID has cleared out their stock.
A few days later, I've saw they are making sales staff redundant rather than bringing them back from furlough. No sales.
Bearing in mind that many of these white goods come from outside the UK, then it doesn't look like supplies will be back to normal anytime soon. So I wouldn't take it out on the staff as their hands are tied.- All land is owned. If you are not on yours, you are on someone else's
- When on someone else's be it a road, a pavement, a right of way or a property there are rules. Don't assume there are none.
- "Free parking" doesn't mean free of rules. Check the rules and if you don't like them, go elsewhere

Looking like Curry's still have issues. Ordered a Fitbit, received confirmation regarding the order. Delivery stated that Fitbit would be delivered by 1st December. Still no Fitbit, tracking link shows "sender desptching item" dated 27th November. Status has not changed at all to date. No live chat available, phone lines have silly waiting times, CEO does not respond and no email address available for Customer Services? Have emailed stating that if I do not receive the goods or a refund by Friday 11th December I shall make a claim through the small claims court. I don't use social media so cannot use that communication route. However if you look on the Dixonscarphone.com website under Investors then Results and Presentations there are Trading Updates in PDF's with phone numbers of Departments heads and secretaries available. Unfortunately no number for the CEO that I can find. Also the format of email addresses for senior executives for big companies is in a standard format. forename.surname@DixonsCarphone.com . Use the corporate information on Dixonscarphone or somewhere like Companies House for Director information. It is a bit hit and miss though whether the email address is active though. But you never know!
