Best/cheapest option for calling Spain from UK on mobile phone sim (no landline)

On very rare occasions (maybe once a month at most - for up to an hour), I need to make calls to Spain from UK.  I dont have a landline, so have to use my mobile phone.  Any recommendations?

I use 'Ringo International App' on mobile to call Spain dialling a UK number which forwards the call

Spanish landline is free
Spanish mobile is 14p a minute 

Uses your local UK minutes  if you have a plan

Use one of the various dial-through services that offers an inclusive 01, 02 or 03 number. 

There will be no charge for the call to the service and no charge for the additional international leg thereafter. 

Avoid any similar sounding services operating on premium rate numbers starting 084, 087 or 09.

thanks Ian - that seems to be exactly what i need.  So I should assume no access charges or any other obscure costs, so long as the 3rd party number starts with 01, 02, 03.  And then it would simply be their own charge per minute based on the country?  (So sorry - Im a bit nervous about being stung without knowing it! :-))

It looks like it may be 19p per minute to ring Spain on payg so the calling card app would be a lot cheaper https://www.tescomobile.com/help-and-support/roaming-and-international/calling-abroad-info

Try calling ur Spanish contact on a landline, its free or very cheap
