I would say them waiting to fully reopen is fair - the quality control staff etc might be on furlough until this time.

The carpet in the hallway and stairs was 30% cheaper and looks fineNamed after my cat, picture coming shortly0

this is what my £4000 tapi carpet looks like after 6 months and waiting for 5 months after i had paid for it for them to fit it for me
