Now BroadBand

I am thinking of changing my provider PO to Now broadband at their cheapest £18 month with calls, no TV, it says prices may go up cannot find anything on that on the site. Seem to want to sell TV package. Anyone knows anything about this please.

Yes NOW has good price for normal broadband especially if you want to use landline as all (reasonable up to 1 hr) calls are included for £18pcm.  That has to be paid on credit or debit card, you can't pay by DD which is a bit irritating.  Have regular (few times a week at least) short interruptions to broadband ( usually when I'm nearing the end of a form and so lose info and I end up having to start again). Customer service is woeful/non-existent if there's a problem and if you can't find an answer via the NOW community forum you may as well give up

Been with Now broadband for the past year on the standard with calls at £18/month, I did get £90 quidco now not available, never had any problems with connection I had swapped from sky who I was with for 5 years. All the same company. The few time I have had to use customer service I have got trough quickly and the person has been very helpful. I am only leaving now as the couldn't offer anything worth while for me to stay and I am going through virgin to get fibre at lesst than Now tv were offering standard speed, albeit without the phone line and calls which I do not really require
