    Sorry for the late reponse, I have tried to locate the councils planning applications but to no avail...I have however noticed another property near my area that has had a drop kerb installed within a parking bay...that's the second

    If a precedent has been set, then that will help but not guarantee approval. If and when you come to submit the application, also include some kind of Planning/Supporting Statement that makes reference to the two other properties by address. Some photos would also help.

    I have had a Indepth look at the councils planning application for a drop kerb and I could find any listed....I think I will go ahead and apply and I may offer to foot the bill if they highlight the increased cost of removing the parking bay. Thank you for all your responses by the way, I really appreciate it.
