Let's break it down, because I really can't see your logic in this.
'Buy two, get one free'.
Okay, so step one is buy two bottles.
Step two is get a bottle free - not one of the first 2 bottles.
Sorry but I don't understand your logic at all - any reasonable person would see this as you buy two, and get a third free.
By your logic, buy one, get one free means unlimited free wine then - as this is the only logical inference if you believe buy two get one free only means you end up with two bottles at the end.
Takes all sorts to make a world, I guess!
