Someone has fly tipped my waste, help!!!

Send a licensed carrier to get the rubbish and dispose of it properly (another £70 surely cheaper than £400!). Keep all your evidence. Issue money claim online to original "man with van" for the return of the £70. The council may or may not have more important things to do. Round here it is totally hit and miss as to how they respond to fly tipping situations. We get a lot of waste fly tipped on the edge of our fields so sadly I know from experience that there are not masses of resources to follow up.

We have now become so sick of fly tippers if we find evidence of where its come from we return to sender, Not legal but unfortunately the only way to get the message across to homeowners to do there research properly.
Last lot was tipped even had the builders T shirts and phone number amongst the waste.

The local councils have been so short sighted with shutting the refuse collection/ recycling centres. They were also short sighted in closing public toilets, it now seems the public are just taking a dump where they can
