Oven repair guys please suggest a replacement oven to fit this unit..

If the OPs tenants are mistreating his property, surely that needs dealing with. If he suspects they mistreated the oven in some way to cause it to break (good luck with that) then the tenant must surely pay? The problem with installing the cheapest stuff is lack of long term reliability as you discovered.

I agree with getting an electrician to wire it in, if the OP isn't familiar with electrics, there are many pitfalls even in the simplest job.

Thank you all for your comments. The issue of the renter mistreating the item is not 100% true. I should have chose my words better. What I meant is that they don’t look after it and clean it. It’s not theirs so they are not bothered etc etc
