You can't miss off interest you earned from other sources in addition to the PPI interest received. You have to provide the total figure for interest received from all sources in that tax year.

    Hi
I am trying to fill in the R40 form to reclaim tax on PPI payout in 2018.  I am not sure if got any interest on some small accounts I might have had that year and I am not sure which ones I had but the interest would have been under £50 in total.  I have managed to track down one which was approx £15 but I am not sure if I had others, should I continue with the form without them?
You really do need this information (for the untaxed interest section).

But if need be just use an estimate.  But don't underplay it.

And don't forget you've already missed the boat for interest taxed in the year to 5 April 2018.
