Difficult when you have been on the receiving end. If I was to write what I thought of this company I would be banned.

I don't just disagree BP I find it very offensive that a representative of a PPC posts on this forum. This is someone who is employed by a company who has harrassed and bullied posters who come to this forum for help.

It is a bit odd though when a parking company who bullies motorists for money then accuses a motorist of bullying

You have to remember as well that this is the company that dragged a double amputee Afganistan veteran through the courts because his disabled badge was being renewed. This is beyond contempt.

Just to update this thread - OPS were awarded £3,395 costs for this matter today.

The judgement was available months ago, this was just a costs hearing.

I wonder if the lay reps will contribute towards the costs for encouraging the defendant to fight rather than just pay the £60🤔

But it's not *just* a costs hearing is it, or you'd not have bothered to post on here. Context is everything and the submissions will be interesting.

So you can flap your bits on the table if you wish, but I ain't gonna be impressed unless you got a ruler
