What would be so ''amazing'' about owning two properties?Veeo said:@Crashy_Time I meant "and pay rent on the property I currently live in" . It would be amazing for me to be able to own two properties though, that's the dream at some point. I am literally an accidental landlord lol.
Is that really what all your dreams and aspirations amount to?0 -
Well no you aren't because you decided of your own volition to let it out rather than sell.Veeo said:@Crashy_Time I meant "and pay rent on the property I currently live in" . Having once owned two properties I can state it's not amazing, it just like like owning one house but with double the maintenance and hassle and 10x the tax work. You are going to have to bite the bullet, tell the tenants you are planning to sell, Hope they move out without legal hassles and still paying rent up to that day,
if they move out, would it be practical for you to move back in, to avoid paying rent yourself ?2 -
What does it matter to you what their dreams are?! None of your business and everyone is different.jacko74 said:

What was the plan for a major repair OP, did you have some kind of insurance?0

Ask your tenants if they would be interested in buying the property.

@jacko74 to be honest am not sure where you are going with this or why you even bothered to comment if you haven't got anything constructive to say.
The same reason why your dreams and aspiration is to be rude to others for no reason is why it would be "amazing" for me to fulfill my dreams and aspirations one day, thank you very much. I am sorry if my dreams and aspirations are currently causing you some physical and emotional distress 🥰3 -
