Maximising income - Mystery Shopping? Surveys? (Part Three)

I've seen a lot of posts for jobs on RE, but when I look (under search) they only have pub jobs, I've not done one before for them, and wonder if this is why I can only see them? I just wondered if anyone else is having the same problem?
Thanks.
It took me weeks to see anything apart from pubs, and then a couple of shops popped up and I accepted them, and now I see all the calls and stuff (maybe its just a coincidence that they appeared after I had started completing assignments). I agree with Baby Boo - keep your eyes open. The other jobs can go quickly.0 -
Hey all,
ANOTHER couple of questions from me
On RE earlier I was on there JUST as the electrical shops went up but it wouldnt let me click on any of them, I got the same message you get when you have already accepted one of that type of place and it wont let you do anymore - do some places only take shoppers with a minimum score of so much (ie: people who are a bit more "expert"?)
I must admit RE are my favourite at the moment, I have done three jobs, got one tomorrow night, one Saturday evening and a phone call in a few weeks.
I have just done an OC shop and my second question is about them. I got an email on Tuesday (I think it was) about movie-visits this weekend. I emailed right back with my request and heard nothing. Does that mean I didn't get it? Did anyone here get anything back about being accepted/not accepted? Am gutted if I didn't get it because I was looking forward to itProud meowmy of four fuzzy cats0 -
The OC cinema visits go like lightening, and they only tell you if you got it not if you don't i'm afraid.0

Your a star. I got inundated with PM's the other night. Got through all of them eventually. That's what makes this forum great. We all help each other and with one notable exception you don't get posters slagging you off adn tell you your talking rubbish. It is certainly the most polite and friendly forum I am on.:beer:Clique member no 1.:D0 -

I have to agree though that this is a wonderful forum full of wonderful people who are quite happy to share information that could actually be used by people competing for the same work!0 -
Hi all
Question about tax and expenses...
I did a online supermarket shop. I got paid £3.50 for the survey, and £8 for the purchase. Did my week's shopping (came to about £70). I understand the bit about paper, telephone call etc, but can I claim any of the shopping as expenses and deduct from my 'profit'?
I'm about to do a clothes shop. £4 for the survey and £11 for the purchase. I'm going to be left with a piece of clothing, and it will be my choice whether to bin it, ebay it, or choose carefully and love it and wear it! Does the cost of this item still count as an expense to deduct from the £15 I'll be paid?
Timmne recommended some software, to be honest I can't see me ever earning enough to justify it, on top of a full-time job. I've seen reference to a spreadsheet... has someone set one up for mystery shopping that is being shared?
TIA
