If a server tells me 'It's cheaper in Fresco's' or some such, I may well tick the box which says 'The server was helpful and gave good advice.' It rather hinges on the question on the form and one's interpretation of helpful and good advice...
I had a similarish visit to a phone shop once with RE - the guy was supposed to offer me a specific tariff but didnt. He was very polite, helpful and told me loads of stuff. There was a question saying something along the lines of "on a scale of 1-10, how well do you think the visit went?" - I scored it a 9 or a 10 as I thought it went very well.
I then got a query from RE saying that if I wasn't offered the tariff then how could it have gone well?! I had a lot of trouble trying to explain to the woman at RE that it's not my job to score what the guy said and didn't say, but to tell RE what he did say and whether I thought he was good at customer service and whether I enjoyed the visit.
If they want me to score his sales technique too I will but not for the few quid they pay!0 -
RE card shop jobs, the ones which we offered last week for Fathers Day and promised a "bonus" for completing before 7pm, has anyone else had this bonus added to their payments? Mine has gone into payments pending but has no bonus in there?0

I'm trying to get a 'bonus' out of them for another job; I've sent many emails and they've added half of the bonus so I'll be emailing them again on Monday. I think that the bonus doesn't auto-add and they forget to do it manually when reviewing the job....very convenient a cynic might say.0 -

Usually after you enter your results it comes up with that box saying the fee and you accept it - should I?
You could just change the fee on the expenses page. When it asks for an explanation, put so-and-so offered X bonus fee.0 -

RE first job done today, what annoyed me was:
Low assignment fee but comfortably the most amount of work I have ever done (similar to ISC > Discount Food) but a much higher shop fee and reimbursement.
Another strange thing was to ask a member of staff about "a sport of your choice and that you need new trainers for it"
Then in the question, it said state the response you get when ask about trainers suitable for "running".
I mean !!!!!!, how annoying?!
So RE seemed a low fee for a lot of work, Im a probationer at the minute so whether I will apply for more afterwards is the question!0 -
