I agree, and they are more willing to increase fees for mileage and urgency, however except the bookies, do you not think that most of their jobs are quite boring (i.e. not leisure places or clothes shops etc). May just be me being picky!!!!

Was it a holiday enquiry one? I had the same problem. I emailed them to complain and was told that although they knew there there was a delay in waiting for the MP3, the system didn't. But not to worry, the points don't really mean anything anyway! :rotfl: :rotfl:

yep same one , i know the points dont mean alot but its still not fair i got an email saying dont worry do it tomorrow.
