You got it mixed up. I don't do video visits and don't have my own kit but I am still working for GfK.

(I'd actually quite like to do the video stuff too - I know there was one of them that were only looking for people with covert equipment)

I doubt that the GfK/TNS merging would really impact on mystery shopping, not as yet anyway, especially because of the process each has with their individual clients, each will probably continue on their own platform and software, but no doubt they will (eventually) truly merge, but I suppose only if it is financially viable. Unless anybody else knows otherwise?

I started to apply to them and filled in the personal info, but IE crashed before I couls send the follow up email to complete the application and I can't find the email address to send it to - can anyone tell me what it is please?

I tried the FAQ's but no luck there!

My confirmation came through at 9am this morning, so many
